Jeep has unveiled the 2026 Wrangler Commando 392, a special edition created by Fox Factory Vehicles in tribute to the United States Armed Forces.
Limited to 250 units, the model will be almost exclusively available to active-duty military personnel and veterans, with only one unit offered at a public auction. Priced from US$ 69,995, the SUV features a series of visual and mechanical upgrades inspired by military styling.
Powered by a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 engine producing 470 hp, the Commando 392 is based on the Wrangler Rubicon 392 but adds Fox 3.0 suspension components, 37-inch Nitto tires, 17-inch white wheels, tubular doors, and a bimini top.
The bodywork comes in matte olive green paint with “Commando” decals, evoking the brand’s wartime vehicles. The model can also be equipped with a Warn winch, steel bumpers, and auxiliary LED lighting.
In addition to its rugged look, several optional upgrades further enhance the SUV’s performance. These include a Magnaflow exhaust that improves the V8 sound and a Whipple supercharger boosting power to 705 hp. With limited production and collectible appeal, the Wrangler Commando 392 was launched on Veterans Day as a tribute to those who served in the U.S. Army — combining exclusivity, power, and military heritage.
